Your free cool roof estimate
Enter your building's address. We'll model it and simulate a full year with and without a cool roof, then email you the results.
- Results by email, usually within an hour

How it works
- 1
Enter the address
Type the building's street address. You finish on Roovie's estimate page, where you confirm the building.
- 2
We model the building
Roovie builds a model of the building and simulates a full year of weather on it, with its current roof and with a cool roof.

What an estimate looks like
An office building in Katy, Texas
- of its cooling energy, modeled savings
- 3–11%of its cooling energy, modeled savings
- cooler roof surface on the hottest afternoon
- 29 °Fcooler roof surface on the hottest afternoon
The low end is a building like yours in everyday use. The high end is when the roof drives the cooling.
A cool roof quick estimate: low end to high end, cooling energy only.
Estimates are simulations of a building model, not a guarantee of savings.
How it's simulated
The estimate runs on Roovie, a physics-based world model for every building, on an engine validated to ASHRAE Standard 140.
Each estimate is four full-year runs, hour by hour, with the roof the building has today and with a cool roof.
Savings are cooling energy only. They leave out heating, demand charges and the rest of the bill.
Questions
What does it cost?
Nothing. It is a free cool roof estimate, and no account is needed.
Who runs the estimate?
Roovie, the building modeling platform from NanoTech Inc., runs it on its estimate page at portal.roovie.com. You enter the address here and finish there.
What do the numbers mean?
Savings are a range of cooling energy only. The low end is a building like yours in everyday use, and the high end is when the roof drives the cooling. Estimates are simulations of a building model, not a guarantee of savings.
Does it work for a shingle roof?
Roovie can still model the building. The NanoTech Cool Roof Coating System is not intended to go on top of shingles.
What happens to the address I type?
It goes straight to Roovie's estimate page so it can find the building. This site does not store it.
Start with the address
It takes under a minute to enter. Roovie does the modeling.
