About NanoTech Materials
NanoTech Materials is a Houston-area materials science company founded in 2020 by Mike Francis. The company develops advanced ceramic-particle thermal coatings built on its patented Insulative Ceramic Particle (ICP™) platform, which TIME named one of its Best Inventions of 2024. Three coating systems carry the platform into the field: cool roofing for commercial buildings, fire protection for exterior wooden infrastructure, and thermal insulation for industrial equipment.
The coatings are engineered and assembled in the USA and are deployed on commercial roofs, state department-of-transportation timber infrastructure, and industrial process equipment.
