We collect contact details, resume files, LinkedIn URLs, application answers, source information such as referral or UTM data, and internal hiring notes created by the recruiting team.
How we use it
Candidate information is used to evaluate qualifications, communicate about recruiting, manage hiring decisions, maintain records, and comply with applicable employment and privacy obligations.
Access and retention
Application records and resumes are available only to authenticated team members involved in recruiting. Records are retained only as long as needed for recruiting, legal, audit, and compliance purposes.
Candidate rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of candidate information by contacting NanoTech Materials. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or legitimate business obligations.
