NanoTech is seeking two highly driven Business Developers to support rapid expansion across the West Coast.
These are true hunter roles focused on new business acquisition, pipeline generation, and closing opportunities across high-growth markets.
You will be responsible for building relationships from the ground up, identifying high-value opportunities, and converting them into long-term revenue streams.
Location: West Coast (California or Las Vegas Preferred)

Regional Focus – West Coast Markets
Path 1: Roofing / Coatings
This role is centered around:
Commercial and industrial roofing systems
Contractors, applicators, and building owners
Building envelope and fluid-applied coatings
Path 2: Energy / Infrastructure
This role is centered around:
Data centers
Battery energy storage
Power generation and utilities
EPC firms and capital projects
Preferred exposure to:
Industrial coatings or specialty materials
Infrastructure or energy project environments
Contractor-driven or project-based sales
What you will do
- Prospect, develop, and close new business across target markets
- Build relationships with contractors, owners, EPCs, and partners
- Identify project opportunities through field engagement and site visits
- Drive adoption of NanoTech technologies across multiple applications
- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation → close
- Maintain pipeline discipline, forecasting, and CRM accuracy
- Represent NanoTech in industry events and customer engagements
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years in business development, technical sales, or related roles
- Proven ability to generate new business (hunter mentality required)
- Experience in roofing, coatings, energy, EPC, or industrial environments
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
Preferred
- Mechanical / engineering background
- Experience with coatings, building envelope systems, or energy infrastructure
